That sounds very bothersome, let's take a look.
First I'd like to ask some questions:
- What device are you using?
- When you connect the tracker, do you feel any vibration?
- Have you tried syncing the tracker while it is on the charging cable? Even if nothing is showing on the screen.
- When did you begin experiencing this situation?
In the meantime, I recommend that you try to perform a restart on your Fitbit. That could lead to the tracker to begin working again, in case it is that something is stuck and preventing the display to show anything.
