Blank watchface

Just wondering if any one else has experienced a blank watch face. It's fully charged, when I tap, slide or press side I can feel it doing it's stuff but can't see it.

Do you have a Charge 3? If so, this is a common issue. Usually, one of the following steps will get the screen working again:

• restart the fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
• change the clockface via the app. If this works then it's safe to change it back to what it was
