Blaze Just stopped syncing to s8

I've owned my fitbit Blaze about a month, no problems at all connecting. 

 

This morning I have gone to refresh on the app and its not syc since 18.45 last night?

Any ideas what I can do please?

Thank you, I turned phone off and once turned back on it synced up.
