Hello @gowaii, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. In this case make sure the model of your phone is compatible with this feature. To see the latest list of supported devices, please go to http://www.fitbit.com/devices.
Make sure the app you are using for music is compatible. For example Pandora does not work with Surge. I can mention the following music apps should work successfully:
- Play Music
- LG Music app
- Samsung music app
- Rdio
- Spotify
- Amazon Music
