I have a Huawei Mate 10 Pro and a FitBit Blaze.
Notifications were working til about two days ago but then Gmail alerts stopped. I have tried all the ways to get notifications working again i.e. Logging in and out, resetting hardware, turning off Bluetooth etc.
Today, I sent an email from my Gmail account to my eldest son. He's only 4 so it is where I send pictures and funny stories so when he is older he can read all the messages. His Gmail account is linked to mine, and the notification came through on my Blaze. I have tested it twice more today and both times it worked.
I can't see that I have changed any of the settings, so does anyone have any ideas how I can get my Blaze to pick up my emails instead?
Thanks

Hi there @Beneecha, good to see you again and my apologies for the late response. I was reading your post and it seems this is not an issue in the tracker, since you are receiving notifications from your kid's account. By the way, the idea of having an account for your son can see in the future images that you have sent, deserves a praise for the cool idea.
Back to your concern, I believe your Fitbit account is taking as primary email account, your son's Gmail address. Make sure your Gmail has your address as primary or default.
You can also try to re-enable the notifications from the Fitbit app, since you already tried some troubleshooting steps on your own:
See you around and keep me posted how it goes.
