I recently changed my phone for the iPhone S6 to the Samsung S10 and ever since I have had enormous problems with my Fitbit Blaze. I never had a problem with my previous phone but no matter what I do it won't tell me there is an incoming call, I got it to ring once and then the incoming call wasn't the person ringing me!!!! It's driving me insane and what's more worrying is I don't know whether it's the new phone or the Blaze.
Basically I suppose nothing was right, it took ages to sync and it really has never been right.
Any thoughts on how I can get it to comply??

@Saffy2011 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know that you changed your phone to a Samsung S10.
I would like you to force quit the app, reset Bluetooth, restart your Ionic, refresh notifications and set them up again, find the instructions here. Regarding your incoming calls, please let me know if your incoming calls are showing as the last person who called you.
