I cannot get my Blaze to sync my Android app. Bluetooth on my phone will not pair with the Blaze. If I use my dongle and the desktop software, it still doesn't find the blaze. This started last Wednesday, the 7th. It seems like this happens whenever a new software version comes out but that could be my imagination. Any help would be great. Thanks.

I would try restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file:

Thanks, that did it. I've bookmarked the page. I tried to search first but was using reset instead of restart and that article to come up in the search results. Thanks again.
