Blaze not working correctly

My Blaze rarely syncs & sleep is inaccurate (shows later start sleep

than actual). I use Samsung Tablet with my Blaze.

Frustrating!!!

I'd like to ask you some questions to better understand what is happening:

  • What is the model for the tablet that you are using?
  • Do you  get any error message when you try to sync?
  • Are you sleeping with a fan or a windows open? That could cause the Fitbit to think that you're sleeping later than you are.

I recommend that you try to tighten the wristband around your wrist before going to sleep. That should improve the accuracy of the sleep detention.
