First thing, do you have any other phone or tablet you synced through 2 days ago?
Or go into the BT settings on that device and disconnect the Blaze.

@Ralphbassil -- UPDATE: The Galaxy Note 5 is now listed as a supported device here. I recommend trying to sync again and/or following these troubleshooting tips if you continue to experience issues.
