I have been trying to sync my Blaze with my phone app (Android) since yesterday (Nov 13) morning, but the app keeps telling me that fitbit.com is down for maintenance. Is anyone else having that issue?
Thank you.

Hi there @jstoltz, welcome to the Community Forums.
While reading your post I was wondering if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
Let me know if your app is still not working.

I'm using new Samsung models Galaxy A10E which is not listed on Fitbit's list of tested models. Android version is up to date on both. Trying to set up Versa and having all kinds of issues including this "Fitbit.com is down for maintenance", while of course on my computer I can access "fitbit.com" so it is clearly not "down for maintenance".
If this is a problem with phone compatibility then first, that's a short-coming on the part of FitBit that ensures I don't waste money on Fitbits for other family members since it isn't compatible with phones we use, or may want to use in the future. And second, the fact the alert claims it's a temporary issue with the website is a lie intended to suggest that problem will be resolved soon when in fact it won't. Website is fine so won't be back "up from maintenance", and the problem is a more long-term device compatibility issue. Fitbit is wasting people's time with this deceptive alert, it should instead have the decency to provide accurate alert preventing people from wasting time.
