To better assist you with your inquiry, can you please let me know if you're trying to delete notifications from your Fitbit device as itself or the messages you receive in your Fitbit account? If you're referring to the notification on your device, you should be able to delete the notifications with our restart process if by any chance the device didn't automatically cleared them up. In your Fitbit account, by simply looking the private message it will not appear anymore in your Fitbit account notifications.

This is happening on all devixes, its a problem with the app, u cannot delete messages, and you cannot remove finished challenges.
The new app is a disgrace to fitbit

Yes, this is a big problem! After a recent update I have old unwanted messages that have returned! We need the ability to delete any and all messages Fitbit, fix this!

Yes this is a royal pain in the proverbial. I have a load of old messages from 2018 back to 2017 that appeared with the new app version. No way of shifting them. I've posted about them several times but never get a response. So I think fitbit have their fingers in their ears and going 'la la la la, I can't hear you' again.
