I have just changed phones from Iphone to Samsung Galaxy S6 and my Blaze will not sync..I had no issues with the Iphone and i am getting really frustrated and annoyed. I have tried all of the troubleshooting tips, turned off bluetooth, reset tracker, deleted device and tried to re-add, deleted app etc....etc..etc.. and now it cannot find the device at all....really feel like throwing it in the bin

Welcome to the Community @PiggyNiggy! Thank you so much for the troubleshoot that you've tried. Based in what you mentioned, you remove your Blaze from your account. Now you need to set it up again, please confirm that you're doing this procedure to set it up.
If you've done but your tracker is still not syncing, then please contact Customer Support so they can further investigate.
P.S. As an alternative solution, you can try setting up again using a computer.
