Ive had my Charger HR for about 3 weeks and love it but today it stopped syncing to my phone. I called the help line and did everything they said and it still didn't work. Was told someone else would email me. Anyone know what to do?! TYIA

Was one of the things they suggested a restart of your Charge HR using the following procedure?

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to give it a least 3 tries.
