Tracker problems

My fitbit has not synced to my phone since September 26. I've repeatedly turned my phone on and off, I've tried to force sync, I've deleted and reinstalled the app, and I even downloaded the app to another device and nothing has worked.

You didn't mention restarting your fitbit. Have you tried that? Here's the procedure:

Give it a few tries as it's known to not always work.
