Hi, @vikingman! I would suggest restarting your tracker and seeing if that makes a difference going forward. You can also try swapping wrists or positioning your tracker higher on your wrist to get a better continuous heart signal if that doesn't help.

I had to play around with "Heart Rate" setting (Auto/On/Off) on my Blaze when this happened to me.
You could try setting it to "on" to force the HRM to always monitor your heart rate.
This will be a drain on your battery though.
Also, as @MakMak mentioned, a restart is your first resort.
