My blaze will not setup again. I unpaired from app and my phone as it would not sync. Time is incorrect. All wrong. I did not wear this weekend and now it will not pair or sync. I do not see setting off. My phone shows it paired but Blaze says it is not.

First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart using the following procedure:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. You might need to give it a few tries though as it's known to not always work.
