Good Afternoon Everyone,
I am participating in a company fitness challenge using the StrideKick (FKA "MatchUp") to compile steps across the organization from various manufacturer's devices. I am using the FitBit's manual step entry as I am using a tracker that StrideKick does not support. However, in addition to the steps I manually log, the phone's built in accelerometer is recording steps as well, resulting in an erroneous step count. I need to use my manual entry as the true count, as I do not keep my phone with me all the time.
Is there a way to prevent the FitBit App on my Android phone from accessing my phone's recorded steps?
Thank you for your help!
