I can't find the Bluetooth option under my settings; it disappear. I was trying to sync it to my Samsung Active 6 and I got a message saying "Unable to connect". I tried once again and my Bluetooth option disappear.

Hello @Veni1122, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering what Bluetooth option are you referring? Is this option disappear from the Fitbit app or your phone settings?
Note that you need to use your Bluetooth to sync your tracker, however this setting is only accesible from your phone settings and is not available directly from the Fitbit app. But maybe I'm confuse with this, so I would like to have more context to find a better solution for you.
