I recently purchased my Fitbit and have set it up however when I go to my phone's Bluetooth settings it shows that it's not connected to my Fitbit. What's weird it that if I go into the Fitbit app it supposedly is connected, as I receive notifications from my phone. I don't know if this could be why but I also can't decline calls on my Fitbit. I'll get the notification of an incoming call on my watch and I can answer it but if I click the decline button on my watch my phone will keep ringing. I have tried removing the watch from my devices and setting it up again but it hasn't worked. I even reset to factory mode but it still won't do it.

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using with your Fitbit? When was the first time you experienced such situation and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your device are correctly configured.
After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
