No Call Notifications with Fitbit Versa and Samsung S7

I just purchased the Fitbit Versa and completed the setup process.  I am able to received notifications from Facebook, messenger,  text, Line App, gmail, but NO call notifications.  I do receive a missed call notification.  Here is what I've done so far:

Deleted the Fitbit android app rebooted and re-installed it, no change.

  Fitbit app on the phone is set to "always connected", no change.

  Shut all notifications off and turned each one back on manually, no change.

Reset the Fitbit to factory settings, shut down and restart, no change.

Uninstalled the phone app, rebooted, reinstalled and setup, no change.

There is no firmware update on the Fitbit, running the latest (32.12.19).

Notification on the Fitbit and phone are on.  Receiving all other notifications except the call notification. 

Unpaired the bluetooth "forget tracker", rebooted the phone, paired the Fitbit again, no change.

Pressed "send test call notification.", no notifications.

Any more suggestions???
