Bluetooth connection with Nexus 7

My Charge 2 cannot connect with my Nexus 7, whatever I try. So I cannot setup my Charge 2.
Bluetooth works on the Nexus, I checked. I forgot the other device on the Nexus which was connected by Bluetooth. But the Charge 2 and the Nexus cannot find each other.
The bluetooth on the Charge 2 is working, my Asus pc found him immediately. But that PC has Win 8.1, and that isn't supported anymore by Fitbit.....

I'm considering returning the Charge 2.

Hello @clemensR, Let me start by giving you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. I'm wondering if at this point you were able to set up your tracker?

If you re having issues to set up your tracker try to do the following steps:

  1. Turn your tracker off and back on using the instructions from this post:  How to restart your Charge 2?
  2. Try the setup process again. If you need more help, take a look at this video.
  3. If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your mobile device (turn it off and then back on).
  4. Try setting up your tracker again.
  5. If you can't set up after the reboot, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.

Give it a try and keep me posted how it goes.
