I have a Charge 2 and since yesterday the Bluetooth connectivity is not working. I removed the device from my s7 edge and I try to re-connect the Bluetooth, but it is not recognizing the Charge 2 anymore.

Just like when you first set up your tracker, @Beninhong you don't connect the bluetooth. That is the job of the app, open the app to force a sync..The app knows what to do.

What halpens when you force a sync by opening up the Fitbit app. The app should then connect to the tracker.
You cannot connect the phones Bluetooth to thr tracker. The tracker does not have an option for you to connect it to the Bluetooth or the app.
The app must do the initial connecting.
