I am unable to sync my Versa to the app. I tried updating the app. I have even completed a factory reset and uninstalled, reinstalled the app. My Bluetooth can not find the device, but it is able to find all my other Bluetooth compatible devices.
Exactly the problem I am having. I have been trying all day to fix this w/o success. The day started with the clock being off by 30 minutes and kept getting worse. Every time I tried to sync it said it couldn't find the tracker
