Charge 3 Setup

This Charge 3 is my third or fourth Fitbit, and, as usual, the tech service is non-existant. As with every Fitbit I've ever owned, it will not sync. So, until the Fitbit genie logs in, it is an expensive and useless piece of jewelry. I'm the guy who started the string about thousands of stair steps, and I was the target of hundreds of complaints. Yet, I keep purchasing these things. I have remained loyal to Fitbit all these years. When are they going to start paying attention to their software?
