Today should be day 1 and it's showing zero. Can you help me change it. I don't know how.  Thank you!  Carol H

It's great to see you around @loseweightnow. If your tracker/watch isn't syncing to your app, you can try this syncing troubleshooting. After this, please reply to the following questions to gather more information about it. 

 

- What information is showing as zero? 

- What kind of tracker/watch do you have?

- Are you seeing it in your app or online Dashboard?
