Bluetooth not working.

Just changed my phone and can't pair my charge 2 with it. Can anyone help me please

Do you still have your old phone? If so, check that it doesn't still have a link to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.

 

Also, have you checked that your new phone works with fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

Thank you for your advice I turned my Bluetooth off my old phone and is now working.Thanks Geraldine.
