I am having trouble connecting my fit bit to my LG V10 smartphone. It's one of the newest LG phones out so I'm kinda confused as to why I can't connect the 2. Not receiving calls or texts on my fit bit Blaze.

Unfortunately that phone isn't shown on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

 

As it's new it may just be that it hasn't been tested by fitbit yet but it doesn't sound promising. Hopefully someone with that phone will post and let us know either way.

I'm hoping this problem is just because it is a new phone. I also can't control my music. My blaze is paired with my phones bluetooth, however it does not seem to connect like some other bt devices I have such as headsets or external speakers. Hopefully like you said someone with this phone may have a solution. If not I will be returning this fit bit charge as it's a waste of money if I can't use all the features.

i hav the lg v10 too... i too cannot connect to all of my blaze...its strange. some parts do, n others dont...is ther smthng we v10 owners can download to make them compatible? i just spent $250 on thisthing, i hate to take it back

Hey, @bubbyt! Welcome aboard. At the moment the LG V10 has not been tested and added to the compatible devices list, however it should be pretty soon. You can try to use it because some of the basic features of the App might work, however my best recommendation would be to sync with a computer or another mobile device like an iPad or a tablet.

My blaze connects to my V10. It shows my incoming calls, but not text messages or any other messages. Not does it allow me to control music
