Unfortunately that phone isn't shown on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices
As it's new it may just be that it hasn't been tested by fitbit yet but it doesn't sound promising. Hopefully someone with that phone will post and let us know either way.

A warm welcome to the Community @Mlowe8420 and @SteveH thanks for stopping by and the information provided. As suggested, I recommend checking our list of compatible mobile devices and see if your phone is listed, if it is not that's the reason why you are having problems with the features.

Hey, @bubbyt! Welcome aboard. At the moment the LG V10 has not been tested and added to the compatible devices list, however it should be pretty soon. You can try to use it because some of the basic features of the App might work, however my best recommendation would be to sync with a computer or another mobile device like an iPad or a tablet.
