My Flex won't sync on my new Samsung Note 7. Works fine on my computer.

@SPresswood Welcome to our Community! As @SunsetRunner the Note 7 isn't a compatible device but some users have been able to sync their tracker with it so you could try giving it a shot.

I can't get my Alta to sync on my Note 7 (new phone I just got yesterday after taking the recalled one back) nor will it sync to my laptop.   I'm so frustated as I was very excited to start using it.  Hard to believe in this day and age the Fitbit isn't compatible with all smartphones.  Smiley Sad
