After charging it did you get through the setup process ok? Did you set it up on a phone or a computer?

It's nice to see our Community is growing @Micko10! Welcome! I noticed @SteveH asked you great questions to help you resolve this. I'd like to add that you can also try a different USB port or UL-certified wall charger. Do not use a USB hub and restarting your tracker by following the steps provided in this thread.
