It's nice to see our Community is growing @Aparnarya @AndreasN! Welcome! I noticed that @AndreasN provided you with a great suggestion to resolve this. First, I'd like you to make sure your tracker is listed in our supported devices for syncing. If it is, I'd like to add that you can also need to make sure your Internet connection is working fine and follow the steps provided in this thread.
