Buttons do not work

My Blaze is new, out of the box today, and the buttons do not work. I can only pair it with my Samsung Galaxy 7 when it is connected to the charger. Any fixes or should I contact customer support?

The buttons don't work at all? What happens when you press them?

 

It's always faster to return the Fitbit where it was purchased.

No, none of the buttons work. I have tried them in and out of the wristband. The only way it comes on is while in the charger. I purchased on Amazon and will contact them.

I also forgot to mention it does not come on when the screen is tapped, either.

@monarch_mama do get with the seller and see what they can do for you.

 

It should show the face when it's tapped or when you twist your wrist while wearing it.

@monarch_mama I recommend following these restart instructions.
