fitbit app not syncing

i am using surge.

fitbit app 2.3 (2183007)

andriod 5

 

the fitbit sync is crazy these few days.

sync is having lots of issue. cannot sync, must reboot phone , surge or both many times.

 

today, i have reboot all device many times

i even uninstall fitbit and resinstall fitbit app,

still unable to sync.

 

i don't think is my device that is causing the problem. should be related to fitbit back end system.

 

fitbit support,

please check your backend systems.

I'm having the same problem!!! My Alta hasn't synced since 5:15pm pacific time tonight. Tried EVERYTHING.

I have been unable to sync my alta on either my android phone or ipad since yesterday.. have tried turning of devices and restarting.. nothing help.. dont want to have to take it back..

Ditto here for my charge hr. Uninstalled app and reinstalled with no change. Glad it's not just me!

my fitbit sync is down for 2 days. 

how much data(activity log) can the surge store?

@dorst622 @loribpalmer @crsmith111 Check out the troubleshooting tips in this help article. That should help you get back to syncing. If you run into any trouble in the process, please let me know which step in specific you get stuck on and any error messages you get.

 

@Shazza66 Hmmm, if you're trying to sync between more than 1 mobile device you will need to check out the troubleshooting here. Let me know if that helps.
