can't locate tracker

hello
I just got back from being on a cruise and all of sudden my fitbit charge hr won't sync. it tells me it can't find the tracker. my fit bit is charged,my phone is charged. it's showing steps on my fitbit but says it hasn't synced since yesterday at 9am. thank you for your help. Melody

Feel free restarting the tracker & the phone.

@mmmelody16 I recommend trying out the help article that @SunsetRunner provided here. Let me know if you're successful or if you get stuck at any specific point in the process and get any error messages.

thank you all for your help. I have tried all these things everything seems to be on on my phone, like blue tooth, correct version. I was thinking when it stopped working we were on a cruise and it would sync once we docked but then once we got home ( which we flew and it went through the scanner at the airport don't know if that didn't anything. I can see my steps on my fitbit but it doesn't show up on my tracker. tonight it says location off then when I put location on it says tracker not found:(. I may have to call the tech support tomorrow. ) thank you again!! it's funny I work harder getting steps and competing in challenges and mines at 0 :(:(
