Hi, @QueMK, welcome to the community, I assume you've not had your Versa 4 for very long. Provided you bought it from an authorised retailer and depending on where you live you may still be covered by Fitbit’s return and warranty policy. Accidental damage is not covered by this policy but you might be able to buy an extended warranty called the Fitbit Protection Plan (FPP) available for purchase with certain Fitbit products purchased in the United States from fitbit.com. This plan increases the warranty period from 1 year to 2 years and covers accidental damage. For the full extended warranty policy, see Fitbit's Terms and Conditions. If you can avail yourself of this arrangement you will find pre-existing damage will be excluded. I suggest you talk to "Customer Support". Use the chat facility or phone for a prompt response, it's a good idea to have all the information I mention above in front of you when you contact them.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

AWAKE! for morning in the bowl of light has cast the stone that set the stars to flight.
I did the same thing. Messaged support a few minutes after. Was told it would email me another offer again but haven't seen anything. Just wish there was a link, they can see the set up date to know it's a new product.
Best AnswerHi, @MrsToeBeans, I recommend you talk to "Customer Support" again. The holiday season may be interrupting normal service.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

Thank you. Will give them another message. The Versa 4 is 5 days old, so just don't want to miss the time to buy it. Especially when I just accidentally closed out the screen when the offer popped up. 😓
