I just got my Ionic and my text, phone, and other notifications are coming up fine on it. Calendar notifications are not showing up even when they come up on my Galaxy S7. I have the default calendar app setup on the fitbit app and I have the notifications on my Galaxy S7.

Hello @ssaslow good to see you around in the Fitbit Community! Certainly this is an odd behavior as you mentioned other notifications are working correctly.
The basic here is to make sure your calendar notification are turn On from your Notification settings whiting the app and review also you have selected the calendar app of your choose and this Calendar app is syncing your events. Other reason that could be happening, is your phone's Bluetooth is not maintaining a constant connection with your Ionic for this to received your notifications.
So lets try to reset your app by doing the following:
(Make Sure you are running the latest version of the Android Fitbit app 2.60 to the date of this post)
Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
If is not working try the steps of the following post: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).
Give it a try to these steps and let me know how it goes.

after re-booting the ionic itself I now get calendar notifications but now I'm not getting my text message notifications. they are still coming up on the phone and the default app is still selected on the fitbit app
