Hello @CeeCee12.
Thanks for trying the steps that have been recommended. I'd like to take a closer look at what could be going on.
To better understand the situation I'd like to ask you some questions:
Having this information could let us better understand what is happening and find the best way to move forward.
In the meantime I'd like to recommend that you try follow the steps I shared above in a location where there are no other Bluetooth devices that could be causing interference. It could be that other connections are slowing the process for the notifications to come through.
I look forward to your reply.
Best AnswerHi, I have just switched from iPhone 6 to One Plus 7T, but somehow my incoming call notifications on the Fitbit Blaze, are running late. Like, if a person 'X' called me some time ago, and then later person 'Y' is calling, my Fitbit still shows that the call is from person 'X', and when later person 'Z' calls, the notification is of person 'Y'. Hence the name on the watch of the caller is running behind by 1, please help.
