After a hour in chat and another 30 minutes on phone with a lady then supervisor it is was finally told to me they have no idea when a fix will come about with notifications not showing on any Versa Models including the new Versa 2, what really has me upset they knew they have a issue and did not share it with us loyal customers for years! poor way of taking care of your customers.... so I now have a versa which I rely on notifications at work to answer calls and messages from my customers, and all they can say is sorry , guess time to visit Garmin site

Fitbit has been aware of the issue with Android 10 notifications for weeks now. The issue has also supposedly been "escalated" to "support" (although I don't know how support can fix anything, it needs to go to engineering). See 32402346. Please search and read all of the community posts labeled "Android 10" and you'll see how far back it goes, but it's been more than 3 weeks. (The Android 10 update was released the beginning of September.)

Therefore, your response is incorrect. Fitbit is choosing not to respond to this issue, or admit that it is an issue.
