I'm feeling very frustrated lately with my fitbit Ionic. I got a new phone last September. A LG G7 thin Q. My phone is already an old phone. There's I think two new ones after mine. I don't understand why fitbit does not work faster to make the new or any phone compatible. We pay lots of money to have a fitbit and towards our phones. Plus everyone I know has a fitbit. I would really like it if fitbit tech would make it quicker for my phone to be compatible. My favorite feature of my fitbit is receiving my notifications on my watch. It's becoming very frustrating and irritating. Anybody else have this problem? If you did and resolved the problem please tell me how!!

Hi @Mandy84, welcome to the Community Forums!
I appreciate all the information and details that were shared in your post, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts and personal experience with the compatibility concern of your LG G7 ThinQ, rest assured, we are always working and testing several devices to make sure they meet all the necessary requirements to properly work with our products and services.
My best advice for you will be to keep the Fitbit app, mobile device Android version and Fitbit device up to date. Also, constantly check our list of compatible devices for any update.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
