How is there not a pinned thread on this by now!?! Everyone is having issues with their Android phone after updating to Android 10.
Also like everyone else, I can switch my notifications to Whatsapp and it works but that's not what I need. Others have switched to managing their SMS with an app called Fit Notifications on their phone but not something I want to do either.
Fitbit - Please just acknowledge that there is an issue so we can start feeding you data and get it resolved for everyone.
I'm on Android 10 - Charge 2 - Pixel 3XL all running the latest software.

Hi @Jeck11, welcome to the Community Forums!
I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 2 are correctly configured.
After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted.

Fitbit has yet to acknowledge there is an issue with the update to Android 10. They have "escalated" the issue (according to my support ticket), but they still have not acknowledge there is an issue. They have, however, acknowledged there are issues with notifications and the latest update to iOS 13. You can check out my post to see my frustration level. I've emailed Fitbit today and requested a followup. It's been almost 3 weeks since they responded to me, so I'm guessing they aren't going to bother...

Sue_sd - I have given up on them fixing my issue. I have gone the route of installing a 3rd party app (Fit Notifications) to manage my Fitbit SMS notifications. Having this app sit between Fitbit and my Android SMS has worked really well. It also has some really nice options to include notifications from any application and apply specific schedules as to when you would want to receive notices from a specific application. GL with your case!
