Why don't you try restarting your tracker by following the steps provided in this thread. Then do the following:
- Turn off notifications and complete these steps:
- On the Fitbit app dashboard, tap your tracker, and then on the device screen, tap your tracker.
- Tap Allow notifications access and turn off access to the Fitbit Notification Service.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- In the Fitbit app, tap Allow notifications access and allow access to the Fitbit Notification Service, and then turn on call, text, or calendar notifications.
