Call notifications not working properly

My Charge 2 does not identify who's calling.

Welcome, @Monny52. It's great to see you around.

 

Thanks for the details about the notifications. The Fitbit app must have access to your contacts so you can see the person's name when you get a call notification. You can enable this by going to your phone's Settings > Apps > Fitbit > Permissions and from there enable the option for contacts. Then sync your Charge 2 to apply the changes.
