Call/text Notifications charge 3

My bf gets a vibration alert for all calls/texts/etc on his charge 3, but I don't! He has an iPhone, I'm on Android so didn't know if it was something to do with that? 

Can anyone clarify? Or tell me what I need to do? Thanks ☺️

A few things to check @Charlietheminx 

First hold the button in on the Charge 3 to gain access to the quick settings and check that notifications are enabled. 

On the phone, go to settings, Apps, Fitbit, power, and disable poweranagement for the Fitbit app. 

 

Let's go back to phone settings, notifications, and make sure Fitbit is enabled. 

 

Let's also check the help docs.
