Call /text notifications and my fitness pal.

Hi there. Can anyone tell me why my charge 2 is not showing call and text notifications. I have a Samsung s4 . I have enabled the notifications but nothing. I am also having difficulty syncing my fitness pal with the fitbit app. Anyone know what the issue may be ?

Hello @Fif200, its nice to have you here in our Fitbit Community. About your call notifications I recommend to take a look a the following post: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).

Regarding the issue with MFP, try to revoke the access and re-link your accounts again. (You need to do this from your online Dashboard)

1. Sign into your Fitbit dashboard.
2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
3. On the left side of your screen click "Applications."
4. Under MyFitnessPal, click "Revoke Access."

You can then re-link the two accounts by going to http://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps
