Ever since the big update my Fitbit tells me my wife is calling no matter who is actually calling my phone. Every single phone number that has called my phone shows up as her name on my Fitbit.

Hello @joshbrown, welcome to the Community Forums!
I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? Which mobile device you're currently using? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to re-setup the notifications feature on your Fitbit device. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted.

Hi Ricardo,
I'm not sure exactly the first time it happened but it was just after the last update. I have the Google Pixel 3. I've tried turning off and turning back on the notifications. No change.
