When I receive a phone call it used to display who was calling, now it displays the same contact all the time. So if My husband is calling me it says my mum's calling me on the fitbit. It's happened 3 times now. And not just with my husband calling. But always says mum's calling.

I'm having the same issue. My charge2 always tells me my son is calling, regardless of the number. It has also stopped displaying texts. I have a Google pixel phone. My Fitbit updates automatically. I've tried toggling Bluetooth on and off and resetting my settings. No luck so far. Has anyone with a similar issue found a solution?
Best AnswerGreat point this shows answered when this issue has been happening since July and is not resolved. Maybe we need to keep starting new threads if they are going to combine and show as resolved.
Best AnswerFitbit claims this is an iOS issue. If they were reading this thread they would understand it is a Android issue also. Worst case pull the new version on play store and replace it the old version that works. It is not believable that a company the size of Fitbit does not address this issue! Calling support is a waste of time! They blame the user and the users settings rather than addressing the issue.
To Silvia Fitbit moderator - for me it's not showing the last caller, instead it's showing the same caller every time, even when I haven't had a call from that person for days.
Best AnswerI downloaded the update from Playstore dated 9/30/2019. It seems to work!
Best AnswerI am having the same problem.

Best AnswerI have the same problem. Upgraded to the pixle and it won't allow previous versions. Seriously considering moving to another tracker
