When I receive a phone call it used to display who was calling, now it displays the same contact all the time. So if My husband is calling me it says my mum's calling me on the fitbit. It's happened 3 times now. And not just with my husband calling. But always says mum's calling.

Nope. Fitbit has forgotten about us, about this issue.
So we do what we can... right now the only working, temporary (hopefully...) solution is to revert to version 2.90 and disable the automatic updates for it.

Google "fitbit 2.90 mirror", download to phone and install. You should uninstall the current version first. Be sure to go to Playstore and turn off auto update for the fitbit app (search for fitbit then click 3dots in upper right corner and uncheck "enable auto update".
Once you install the older version you will have to re-pair your tracker. Your old data should be there once you sync.
I have asked Fitbit to make this old version available thru their website but they just ignore me.

Those instructions she posted are the same thing I did. Worked for me. But she's right about the auto updates needing to be turned off in the app store. (Play store)

Is there any resolution to this problem? I see fitbit said they were working on it back in September.

My Google pixel did allow me to go to the old one. But it only lasts for 24 hrs. Did it many times

I have a Samsung 8+ and Fitbit Alta and am experiencing the same problem with incorrect callerID for incoming calls. Is there a fix/has this been resolved yet? It's pretty annoying....
