Hello,
I'm still trying to understand the Calorie Burn Goal. From what I've read here, I need to multiply my BMR with activity level.
My BMR = 1829
Sedentary = 1.2
I get 2194.8 so is 2194.8 the Calorie Burn Goal I should be setting up?

That works if you want a very easy to meet goal. 🙂
I have numbers very similar to yours.
But then I added expected exercise calories of about 700 per day.
I ended up at a goal of just over 2900 for my daily calorie burn goal.
It has been working well for me.

I modified mine similar to yours and doing a 3000 calorie burn goal since I am doing a -1,000 deficit (2LBS per week). Thanks for your response...that helped 🙂
