Calorie count is not correct on the app vs the Blaze exercise

I notice that after I finished my workout before I select done on my Blaze I always look at the break down of my workout. I happen to notice that is was different calorie amount than when I look into the app after it has updated.  I submitted a ticket to fitbit  back on 3/2, I have sent several rounds of picture of the data on my watch vs the app and all I continue to be told is that someone is working on it. 

 

No ETA, I find this very frustrating. After speaking with other fitbit friends they too are having the same issue. I did not see a topic on this. Has anyone else reported this?

Hello @Shuntad1020, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community and thank you for bring this issue to my attention. I was in contact with support to know more about your case and the case was escalated as you requested, someone will contact you soon for more details.

 

In the meantime I would like to recommend the following steps from this post to clear the data and cache of the app. Also I'm wondering if you have tried to set up your tracker again on your account? If you haven't, please use this post to give it a try.

Thank you for your response, I have clear my cache and the data still does
not match. This blaze hasn't been linked very long as I upgraded from the
Charge 2 so no I have not tried to link and re link the account.

Hello @Shuntad1020, thank you for keep me posted. Have you received response from our Support Team? Also did you try the steps to set up your tracker as a new device?

I did received a voicemail from the support team. This was going on before
I got my new phone. I had to setup Fit-bit when I received my new phone so
yes. It was setup.
