Calorie count resetting

For the last 5 days, my calorie count is resetting itself randomly throughout the day. I thought it had something to do with my Echelon bike, but it just happened when I synced my FitBit first thing this morning. It seems as though each time I turn on my Bluetooth to sync, it starts my calories back over at 0.  My calorie count for the past 5 days hasn't gone over 539 for the day. I have restarted the FitBit and no difference.A else having this problem.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too, I understand how frustrating this situation can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit app? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

 

Force quit the Fitbit app.
Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
Reboot your mobile device.
Reinstall the Fitbit app.
Login using your account credentials.
Let me know if the issue persists.

Hello! I am using a Google Pixel 3XL. The problem started last Sunday
12/15. I got an echelon bike that day, and since then every time I sync my
Fitbit, it wipes out my calories for the day. I uninstalled the app shut
down my phone and reinstalled it and it took them out again. I'm not sure
if it is related to the bike or not, but that's when it started happening.
