Calories burned not showing

Why is the calories burned not showing  in the summary screen when I record a circuit workout? I am using the Versa and Samsung Galaxy 8.

Hi, @Laura10! It's unfortunately a glitch with the Android app. I believe the Blaze, Ionic, and Versa all do this at this point.

just received my ionic for Christmas and my calories don't show in summary, have they fixed this issue, if so what steps do.i need to take?  If they haven't, are they planning to?  It would be nice to have one page to view a summary instead of going on and out of different pages.  TYIA

@alipec issue is unsolved at least since October 2017. I don't believe it will ever be fixed.

Thank u for the info.  Sorry to hear this, I was hoping for a positive answer. That is a disappointment from a well known company.  This will definitely be one of my cons for purchasing one if someone asks, not necessarily the missing calories but the lack of concern on the company's part to fix the issue which is obvious due to the time passed since this has been reported.  Had I noticed it 2 days ago, I could've taken it back which really makes me not happy😕
